TERMS OF SERVICE
you must be 18 years of age or older to commission me
i have the right to deny or cancel/refund a commission for any reason
i accept payment in USD though paypal invoice
commissions may not be started until fully paid
you may only request a refund 30 days after payment. if the artwork is partially completed i will only refund the percentage of work not done (sketch: 80%, line: 40%, color: 20%, render: 10%)
my turnaround depends on the size of my queue and can take up to 1 month for completion. i am a full-time student so please be patient with me!
i retain all rights to all of my artwork, meaning i can publish and advertise using commissioned pieces (UNLESS the commission is private)
the commissioner may use their piece for personal use only, meaning they are prohibited from producing any kind of revenue using my work directly. the commissioner is allowed to publish the art with credit back to me (ex: "art by @4leggedFREAK"), use it as profile pictures, etc.
i offer private commissions (art not to be posted on my social media or portfolio) for a +20% fee

larger, more involved edits like expression/clothing changes are what may incur a charge.
